2. Retention, Use, and Destruction of Personal Information
TracxLogis Co.,Ltd. immediately destroys the relevant personal information once the purpose of its collection has been achieved. However, if any of the following reasons apply, all or part of the collected information may be retained.
- When separate consent is obtained after notifying the retention period in advance, or
- When retention of such information for a certain period is required by law.

9. Obligation to Announce Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy may be added to, deleted, or amended due to changes in laws, government policies, security technologies, or other reasons. In such cases, the reasons for and contents of the changes will be announced on the website at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the amendments.
